Ecolab® Tsunami® 100 is an antimicrobial water additive for pathogen reduction in fruit and vegetable processing water. It is recommended for use in process waters of post harvest, fresh cut and processed fruit and vegetables in both batch and continuous operations. It is also registered for spraying or dipping produce to control microbial growth that causes decay or spoilage on the surface. Tsunami® 100 reduces 99.9% of the pathogens Escherichia coli O157:H7*, Listeria monocytogenes* and Salmonella enterica*. It is OMRI certified and may be used on organic food processing. This product is not intended for use to control microorganisms on hard surfaces.
