Ecolab® Vortexx™ is a peroxyacid/organic acid sanitizer designed specifically for beverage, brewing, food, fruit/vegetable, meat and poultry processing applications. It delivers antimicrobial activity on yeasts, molds, bacteria and is effective against many microorganisms including Avian Influenza A (H3N2). It can be used in CIP, spray, soak or foam applications with approved additives. Its formula is non-corrosive to all types of stainless steel and aluminum, and most rubber and plastic materials. Vortexx™ clears FDA regulations as a sanitizer for hard surface food contact. This product does not contain halogens.
