Ecolab® Eco-Wipe™ Duo are single use cleaning and sanitizing wipes. They are used for cleaning lightly soiled, food contact surfaces, where dry cleaning is critical to operations. Duo can be used on non-porous surfaces such as: food preparation tables, counter tops, trays, racks, carts, non-wooden cutting boards, scales, appliances, and other food manufacturing / processing equipment.

The difference between FCS and Duo:

• Duo is now affective against Listeria monocytogenes in addition to previous claims against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Shigella boydii.
• Duo is a thicker, stronger towel that holds moisture longer, and increases surface area coverage 10%, while reducing drying time.
• Duo picks up 25% more soils than the FCS and may be used to clean light soils without rinsing – it is an effective no-rinse cleaner for low-moisture environments.
